custom work, strategy work, consulting time, and digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or substantially performed.
Any refund policy stated on a proposal, invoice, service agreement, or checkout page will control over this section if different.

9.SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Trooper Lab, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. These messages may include conversational messages, customer support messages, appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, follow-ups, and, where you have separately consented, marketing or promotional messages.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, your account activity, and the services or campaigns for which you enrolled. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us at e@trooperlab.com.
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. You agree to notify us promptly if your mobile number changes.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your wireless carrier, network conditions, or factors outside our control. Supported carriers may change without notice.

If you paid us nothing, our liability is capped at a very thrilling total of $0.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If you prefer arbitration language instead of court venue, that can be added, but do not randomly throw arbitration in there just because other websites do. It changes your rights.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trooper Lab regarding your use of the Site unless superseded by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
